Concept – Vision
The concept and vision of the-M-place is to build a boutique resort in a quiet, beautiful surrounding with the nature making the difference to other housing resorts in Thailand. The M-lake will ensure that every habitant gets its privacy and can enjoy the tranquilness of this area. Utmost importance is given to support a green environment und living in harmony with humans, animals and nature.
A trained management will ensure the cleanness to European standard.
To fulfill the optical vision of the-M-lake boutique resort, all housing concept need the preapproval from Mae Rim Oasis Resort and Spa Co Ltd for any buildings including colors used outside the house as well as roof tiles, before they get the legal construction permit. After the construction is finished, no changes which affect the optical view outside the house are allowed without the prior approval of Mae Rim Oasis Resort and Spa Co Ltd.
Masterplan
The masterplan 2008 forsees a total of 8 building plots, as per the restriction of the Thai laws for housing resorts with small roads. After 5 years or if the Thai law changes, Mae Rim Oasis Resort and Spa can increase the land plots up to her will. The company can change the masterplan without the consent of owners of landplots in the-M-Place resort.
Further, Mae Rim Oasis Resort and Spa can buy additional land to increase the size of the resort. However, it has no right to change the M-lake.
A 30 meter pool with clubhouse is to be built. All the other planned facilities as restaurant, tennis court, walking track, office building with maid rooms are not confirmed and Mae Rim Oasis Resort is not obliged to build them. Mae Rim Oasis Resort and Spa can build other facilities, whatever the desire by the habitant is.
